If you cancel up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date, no cancellation fee is charged. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price is due; up to 1 week before arrival, 70%; and for cancellations in the last week before arrival, 100%.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% is due within 7 days (the full amount if arrival is within the next 2 weeks).
The balance is due by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival.
Our chalets sit in an idyllic natural setting on the edge of the forest in Fieberbrunn, facing south with views of meadows and woods. With a little luck you can even watch wildlife from the terrace or balcony. Peace, nature and slowing down are at the heart of everything we do.
Yes, our chalets are ideal for families. There are spacious living areas, a table tennis table in the basement and a fire pit in the garden. A high chair and cot can be provided on request.
No, our chalets do not have a spa area. The focus is on experiencing nature, retreat and relaxation in the mountains.
The ski bus stop is about a 20-minute walk away. By car, the valley station of the Fieberbrunn lifts is just a few minutes away – your gateway to the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area.

Yes, each chalet apartment has a free parking space. There are currently no charging stations for electric cars.

Our chalets are self-catering only. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Please note: there is currently no bread roll delivery service and no breakfast option.

Grocery shops, bakeries and other shops are about 5 minutes away by car. For bigger shopping trips we recommend Fieberbrunn or St. Johann.
