Sustainable towel use
To reduce water consumption, guests are welcome to use their towels more than once. Of course, towels can be changed at any time on request.

Our commitment to renewable energy extends to our power supply. We source 100% green electricity from Tiwag (Tiroler Wasserkraft) to ensure it comes from sustainable sources. TIWAG generates almost 100% of its electricity from hydropower. - Individual temperature control:
Enjoy the perfect temperature in every room, thanks to individual controls in each room. - Energy-saving LED lighting:
Our entire house is fitted with energy-saving LED lighting to minimise energy consumption. - Paperless administration:
We rely on largely paperless administration to minimise paper consumption and actively help protect forests. - Recycling and waste separation:
We attach great importance to acting in an environmentally friendly way. That is why our house offers clear waste separation so that waste can be recycled as well as possible. - Social commitment:
